We had the opposite here, southwest of you…cloudy in the morning & clear skies by eclipse time. We were in the path of totality & it was absolutely amazing! I’ve already journaled about it, adding in my eclipse glasses, a picture of my husband & his spotting scope (he was planning for months 😉) & one of the cool eclipse postage stamps (which look so cool when you shine a UV light on them!) Such a memorable experience!

How wonderful that you saw the eclipse, even if it is not 100%. It really is an experience, isn't it? Here, Europe, that was in 1999 and wow, what a year that was. In the Netherlands it was not a total eclipse either, but still very impressive. I was alone in my garden and you noticed that the birds became silent. We were moving towards the new Millennium and everything was so positive. The Daphne's Diary is very beautiful and I love it when you talk about it. Thank you for the flipping through. I really like embossing, I have a big shot and embossing folders. It's very difficult not to want a new one every time you see a nice one somewhere. Happy crafting, Liz 🩵🩷💛

We had clouds, so we couldn't see the eclipse, but we were in full totality, so that was pretty amazing! Love the rub ons! The folio idea looks so beautiful and amazing! 😊

We did not have full totality but it was still cool to see. I expected it to be pitch black like I saw on TV in other areas but it wasn't. We are in Nova Scotia. As for chatty vs. ASMR, I definitely prefer chatty. I keep hoping I will find a Daphne's Diary at the thrift store so I always take a peek at the magazine section. Fun haul! I like the pink floral stickers, the postage stamps, and the lace. Your folio looks amazing and I can't wait to see more details. Wishing you a great day!

The eclipse was amazing! Living in Southern Wisconsin, we didn't get the total coverage, but it was still impressive. Loved all the things you received, especially the embossed papers. I am going to check out Taperlogy.

I am jealous, just kidding. I live in the most northwestern part of CA. It is just 11 miles from the Pacific Ocean and right by the Smith River . It is at the end of our backyard. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We have the mountains and the famous Redwood trees. 😊😊😊
