This is STUNNING, absolutely fantastic work! The cover itself is incredibly good, so most excellent choice, and I love the movement and expressions of your art- they’re so fluid and match the energy of each word! I also love the detail with the rush of power that comes with Lunar holding the star, AND how in-character it would be for Eclipse to feign giving up the star because he still knows he’s fully in control of how the story ends (at least, in his own mind/at first.)

I’ve actually remember seeing a cover of this song but the lyrics were changed so it’s talking about Lumar and Eclipse, it’s actually the same lyrics in the subtitles in the video but it was a female cover and didn’t sound very much like Lunar and Eclipse but this one sounds really good.

Eclipse fits the role of mother gothel so well! He is manipulative and gaslights Lunar every chance he gets. He doesn't care about Lunar and never will. He is emotionally and physically abusive to him as well. But he still gaslights him into thinking that nobody loves or cares about him except Eclipse. When it's the complete opposite.
