It is actually pretty cool to see Solar and Moon on this little adventure together. It gives me nostalgia for when Eclipse made Sun and Moon play the Minecraft puzzle maps.

Eclipse's puzzle is probably a distraction to give him extra time to torture Ruin and then escape before Moon and Solar find him.

Hear me out, I got a really weird out-there theory: Ruin made Eclipse to be the bad guy, but not to actually hurt the celestial family. Rather, I think its possible Ruin built the new Eclipse out of insecurity of his place in the family, and thought if they saw he shared their experiences being antagonized by Eclipse they would more readily accept him. As I said, a really out there theory, but Ruin is pretty... eccentric.

Im willing to bet that if Eclipse DID make those "puzzles" than it was more of a test of his abilities. He doesnt remember much afterall so it would make sense that he doesnt know how well he plans or creates things. Brute force the puzzles! It aint cheating if you cant hear the rules!

This in turn leads Moon to figuring out what happened to Solar’s Moon and Monty. Maybe even some flashbacks to when Mokn was killed n that dimension for a month.

I've been having a THROBBING ache at my left eye socket- aswell as a more numb pain in my head aswell. It's absolutely unbearable.. I have been recommended the hospital and doctors. But I really don't want to miss school on Monday. I have missed going to stage crew once already and I was just starting to adjust to being at school through pains. I really despise how my parents have put it off till today. Its almost been 3 weeks of this excruciating pain. It feels like it's burning. I feel as though I may slip out of conscience. Maybe having something to do with iron deficiency I am not aware.. Anways! Big hopes for this lore and I'm so excited!!!!

This seems kind of out of character for Eclipse, at least in the sense that he wasn’t there to watch them struggle, usually he’d want to oversee it personally to enjoy their suffering, not just preset it and leave it for them to fall into it at some point. I really hope they get Ruin back soon, they need to save him 😭 Preferably before Eclipse returns to torture him 😭😭😭 It’s nice to see Solar and Moon work together on a puzzle though, despite the circumstances.
