Finally we talk about the Vultures imagine they were such an integral part of our life and now they have been replaced by crows and rodents who don't even finish the carcass and leave it to Rot which creates flies and then all kinds of epidemic

I lived in Ghorpadi cantonment in Pune, as a child in the early 90's. There was a Parsi Tower of silence near there (Parsi Funeral). It was common to see flocks of vultures flying around, and even up close in gardens. Today, there are none, In fact I haven't seen a single vulture there in years! Such conservation effort is very commendable indeed.

Superb work done. Thanks Mr. Premsagar. 👌👍

Similar story in Ramanagara(Ramgarh of Sholay fame) and surroundings near Bangalore…..we used to see them in numbers when we were kids like 20 years back…..now they are unable to survive coz we the “humans” have destroyed their lives and as - payback it’s going to destroy humanity in few years

Vulture restaurant concept is a very innovative idea to save the critically endangered vulture species. It's being initiated and successfully implemented in Maharashtra. Before dumping the cattle carcasses before the vultures as their food, some safety aspects may be followed as being advised by the experts. The carcass has to be checked for the presence of DICLOFENAC drug or any other poisonous chemicals in the dead tissues. If so the caracas shouldn't be left for the vulture consumption as it's poisonous to vultures. Such poisoned carcasses should be buried safely. Secondly the carcass has to be skinned for easy devouring of the dead cattle by the vultures. Thirdly stray animals like dogs, pigs etc to be prevented entering the vulture restaurant premises. Ensure safe landing and take off of these heavy birds. Vultures are protecting our environment from deadly diseases by cleaning the dead/ rotten cadavers of ungulates. So it's the bounden responsibility of every human being to protect these loving and harmless vultures. Vulture habitats have to be protected to facilitate breeding of these critically endangered species in it's natural ecosystem. Poisoning of vultures knowingly or unknowingly should be avoided by human activities. More awareness among human beings to be to be inculcated about the importance of vultures for our own survival. Long live all the 23 vulture species across the world. Thank you all 🙏

Nice documentary but it seems like there is some kind of high pass filter applied to the Host's microphone which sounds irritating (squeaky sound). Can this effect be turned off? Is the microphone problematic or the sound editing, or the voice of the host itself? But the vocals of the subjects are very clear and nice. Can something be done about the Host's vocal?
