Hi Rohit. I like your work immensely, especially when you try to showcase the work being done on the economic, infra and industrial front. But you should not showcase such real estate projects which might be dubious in nature, and also might lead to loss of fund for many individual later in future. This specific project is neither in New Town nor in Rajarhat. It is beyond the jurisdiction of both these areas. Typically all these townships in these areas (Panchayat/Village) are trying to sell their land and built up areas with dubious papers. A lot of them have fled with customer money, and almost all of them have issues with documentation, leading to people having immense issues with sanction papers and mutation in future. Odisha: There was one announcement of semiconductor last year, it turned out to be fraud and PR. There was one recently too and there is uncertainty over that.

There are many land scams going on in bengal , these area does not come under Kolkata, and also these real estate business are fraud , they do not have any banks tie up with there so call projects, neither they have any project passing plan, neither master map , nothing utter rubbish, i am a resident of Kolkata since childhood , do not trust these kind of videos,

In the entire city of Kolkata there are very less BIG Bengali group in Real Estate, like Ganguly & Peerless Group. Other than that, all groups are lead by non-bengalis like Ambuja, Sureka, Merlin, Mani Group, Emami, Shapoorji Pallonji, Loharuka, etc etc. Very small stand alone flats are made by local bengali people, especially people with political connections. The entrepreneurship among Bengalis in Business is very low, not only in Bengal but all over the world. All Bengali shops in USA for instance are run by Bangladeshis and not Bengalis of WB. Hopefully we see a change in this condition with the upcoming new generation!!
