Bro, I think it's not only about product differentiation It's about your audience too, to run a startup or any E-business your 70% target audience should be always middle class. When your product is reliable + affordable for 70% you are gonna attract other 30% too. So I just wanna say if you guys are planning for an E-business your first priority should be that you're focusing on your users or buyers. you should know very well that who are gonna be your regular customers or anything regarding your field.
