I live in the state of Indiana in the United States and for most of this year I have been trying to eat twice a day for health reasons and because the prices of food have gotten crazy since 2020 and Covid 19. Especially cutting back on sugar and junk food. Cooking at home and drinking tea instead of soda. Not only do I feel much better but I am less stressed.

I hope things get better in Sri Lanka. Can't watch this poverty stricken people. Sense of hopelessness. From India, I wish an economic rebound for Lankans.
