But most players already did, the damage has been done tbh, this game won't ever get better than CS1 and gamers don't want paradox/Colossal Order bs anymore
Unfortunately nowadays a mistake like CS 2 release ( or ts4) people decide that's the future of the game/ franchise, it's over. *Walks away*. Also how the devs didn't rush to fix things. I do worry Paradox got cocky thinking how they have the only good city building game. I haven't been keeping up to date with news, but as far as I know, updates are slow. Which sure you don't want fixes rushed, but unfortunately people assume that means fixes aren't happening.
In all honesty, there's still a ways to go for Cities: Skylines II - but this update, and the mod support, has done amazing things for it already. The update addressed many of the concerns about the game being way too easy, removed some of the things that made it easy, added more reasons to carefully manage your finances, and fixed a few of the more broken services in the game. All in all, this was feedback that came from both the wider community, and the group of testers that I'm fortunate enough to be a part of. The modding is what's surprised me the most, though. I was worried that the negative reception of the game, and dwindling player count, would turn a lot of the modders away, but for many it just seems to have galvanized them, and solidified their desires to do what they can to take those fan-favorite mods from the first game and make them bigger and better in the sequel - with the Traffic mod being a great example of that. Obviously, I can't comment on what's still to come for Cities: Skylines II from the perspective of one of those beta testers - I'd get in a lot of trouble. What I can say is that we've still got about six months left in the promised year of fixes for the game, so there's still plenty of time for more great things to come for Cities: Skylines II. Between the mods and the updates, I'm actually excited to play the game again. I couldn't say that at all four months ago.
Hey man, glad to have you back playing this game, it has a great flavor. If the updates and mods have made it decently fun for you, I know I'd enjoy a new playthrough with the economy 2.0 and lots of mods.
I figured out why you’re my favourite creator on this app. I love how much fun you were having with mods here. Something your running out of words in excitement about what you’re going to create put a wholesome smile on my face ❤.
Hahaha you know what's funny my city has jumped from 2% unemployment to 59% unemployment however I've managed to bring that down to 37%. The economic 2.0 update really changed things for my city of 200,000 people and so have the budget, but I haven't experienced any bugs as of yet.
I so enjoyed this video. I’ve loved the Cities Skylines franchise since it’s beginning. Your humor is contagious and I appreciate your positive attitude. So many of my favorite content creators have begun to broaden their focus to include other games. I’m missing the almost daily dose of CS2 videos and so adding your channel will give me an additional opportunity to see those with more ability than I have do interesting and exciting things with the game. Always welcome the chance to learn better how to play and use mods!!!! Thank you🎉
Really good city, but could I ask you to resolv the unemployement problem, and the unreliable mail coverage? I would really like to see you fix the mail problem in the entirety of the city, along unlocking the communication techs, and placing eveything done. I'm Waiting for the next episod!
your city is very nice ,nice desiign 👍,you to have to check your moving in people ,there will come a lot off ,i got 30k in 2 months ,it most of your traffic come from the outside. i got this too. also garbage and deads problem.
Yeah. Economy made it harder. Economy 2.0 destroyed mine. I had to turn it off. And trying to make a one way bridge was like trying to pull out my adult teeth. I'm done until they make more changes. I almost had a stroke yelling at the dumb ass screen like an idiot. Eff that.
