While I appreciate the love, I don't want my work to ever substitute going to shows. Despite all the good, I suspect online videos have done more damage that most realize.
hate5six I probably should of worded my comment better lol. I definitely still go to shows in Chicago. Even the best shot videos could never replace going to a hardcore show. Its just those big festivals outside Chicago i never have the time or money to travel to. You guys have given me the chance to catch my favorite bands until i have the time to finally make it out to Florida or Philly.
For what its worth, I traveled to Sound and Fury from VA a few years ago primarily because of videos I watched on youtube. Watching awesome crowds makes me want to go to shows more, not the opposite.
