Sir, अगर Basic+DA 30,000 Rs है, तो EPF wages (D column) 12%= 3600 लिखेंगे

Sir as my company is transportation company so we wanted to keep our diff sites labours epf and esic seperately cuz as they're contractual labours and we have to add their epfo and esic datas with bills if we don't they won't pass so now the problem is we want to keep all sites separately otherwise it creates confusion so we want to fill ecr and esix separately but in under same proprietorship / company can you suggest what to do with it

Hi Sir In this organisation nature is a civil work contractor . When they have work, then they pay the pf contribution . If there is no work they file a nil return ( pay the administration charges 500 ). But this type of notice / intimation received from the dept. Pls suggest it to me. Benaka Enterprises, HAS FAILED TO CORRECTLY PAY BOTH EMPLOYEES SHARE AND EMPLOYERS SHARE IN ECR FOR 0 EMPLOYEES. IT IS REQUESTED TO FILE CORRECT ECR FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WITH REMAINING SHARE OF CONTRIBUTION IMMEDIATELY. -EPFO

I need help.. Epfo me login karne par ek Note show ho raha hai or niche do options hai un options ko fill kiye bina aage koi menu show nahi ho raha hai.. (1)THE EPF AND MP ACT Applies to my establishment (2) volantary coverage application - act does not apply.. So mujhe konsa option select karna hai zero employee ke liye Taaki mai nil return file kar sakun?

Hi sir In our office new employee join in May, this is his second company, in previous employment he show above 15,000 as pf wages. So in company at the time of pf contribution it is not allowed to contribute eps to that employee. Its show the error of member is not a member of pension. EPS wages should be zero. In my company no exemption. How to file this employee contribution sir. .
