मैंने उधार दिया था पैसे कैश में उसने चेक दिया बाउंस हो गया अब क्या करे पैसे देने को तैयार nahi मेरे पास जो पैसा दिया है उसका कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं है

Don't misguide. Firstly Bank send Notice. Then file a case of Section 25 that i.e under complaint act . After that court sends Summon. If accused failed to attend the hearing, then Banks advocate file a request to issue a Bailable warrant with a Surity of Rs.5000 or Rs.10000. if accused again don't appear the Non Bailable Warrant issues
