Loved these guys! Little Guido was a legit badass! Learned from the Karl Gotch tree and did his time in Japan in the UWFI pre-ECW Of course you can’t go wrong with Tracy Smothers (RIP) and Wildfire Big Don!
Saw Tracy Smothers at a local show did everything he could to be the heel but we all appreciated his efforts and we sang what’s a matter you to who he was facing
I met one wrestler in my life. Tracy Smothers. Was in Oklahoma. Just started basic training in the service and there was an indy house show. Salvatore Sincere was there, Brian Lee, and I knew Tracy cause of his work in ECW w the FBI. Had no idea he was such an Indy star. Anyway, my friend and I were huge wrestling fans and we talked with Tracy for about 15 minutes backstage. Just a wonderful guy. So humble and likeable. A Southern man who was passionate about wrestling. Gave his heart and soul to the business. 25 years later and I haven't forgotten it. Nothing but love for the great Tracy Smothers. His memory will never be forgotten. RIP.
@@aekzorba7145 I saw Tracy at an ECW show in 1999, sitting in the back section along with a few other wrestlers. I was too intimated to walk up and say hello. Tracy’s regular “game” face was so serious! I thought I would end up pissing him off if I bugged him. I kick myself over that now because he’s gone 😪 I DID meet Super Crazy at that same show and he was so cool and (I believe) high on the Cheeba 😆 nice guy though. We were praising him in his match that he had 20 minutes prior and he was just like “ yeah man! Thanks man! Cool! 😎 “
i actually enjoyed the late 97 version of the full blooded italians with tommy rich and the late tracy smothers with little guido, they were entertaining.
@johneaston918 it's good tbf. I just don't like edits. Even when it's a good song. Sounds awful. They've even started dubbing over the 1st WWE theme for no apparent reason. They've done it with a few that aren't needed.
+@erickh82082: "And I love the FBI. Now, Little Guido Maritato, WWE fans know him as Nunzio, is truly Italian. Big Guido is truly Italian. Tracy Smothers, Tony Mamaluke and JT Smith couldn't find Italy on a map. I was talking to JT Smith earlier and he asked me if an innuendo was an Italian suppository." - Joey, "ECW One Night Stand 2005."
@@ExtremeTrons JT's awesome. He was the Italian Stallion. I remember him signing Frank Sinatra. I think he left in early 1997. Tracy and Tommy took his spot in the FBI. He left to start a family. Tod lost a lot of money on an ECW show in 1992. JT refused to take Tod's check because he felt bad that the show didn't draw. He ripped up the check. After that Tod hired JT as an employee at his pawn shop.
+@consumer5603: I once thought that D-Lo Brown could have fit well in this group. He WAS the 4x WWF European Heavyweight Champion, after all, and got billed from various European cities. He (and JT Smith before him) could have argued that Italy was one of the countries that invaded Africa, so who knows?
in storyline he was removed in late 96 into early 97 by little guido in losing a loser leaves ecw match to 2 cold scorpio at the 1996 november to remember for 30 days, and then real life situations are explained above.
