PA will always be the toughest Hs wrestling state in the country! Cael was brought to PSU to keep that PA talent in house. OSU and Iowa was snatching them all up for years. I always explain to non wrestling folk they were like Duke & UNC for basketball. Then Cael comes there keeps that talent in house and creates arguably the best dynasty in college sports ever! That’s a testament to great coaching a great program and great athletes but more importantly to how tough the PA wrestling system is. You like at Iowa now with Lee and the gang they call themselves the PA Hawkeyes and would have probably won it this year.
