Mate, what a very sold kit you have put together there. I scored one as a freebie from a trade shoe. I had a collection of odd-bod items I had collected over the years from mini wrenches, to 6 in 1 screwdrivers, bottle openers & glasses repair kits. I added all these in together addinng an 8' length of paracord that was used by a friend to secure a broken do harness until we got him back to the car.
Psst. Better be careful with that Krazy glue and ChapStick so close together. I made that mistake once, but I've never told anyone before. My lips were sealed. 😜
Your fancy pliers are made by “Kuh-NIP-eks”. I’m curious about your little measuring tape. Where’d you get it? It looks remarkably thin. If it were me, I’d edit things down to eliminate duplicates (like your two pry bars, two razor knives, and two screwdrivers) to make room. I’d add a little can of WD-40.
That's a good start for your kit. Consider removing the extra pry bar and razor knife, adding a hot glue glue stick (to be used with the lighter), bigger zip ties (the ones with the mounting hole) and some appropriately sized small screws, a micro fiber cleaning cloth (to go with your lens cleaning spray) like the spudz, a second tiny flashlight (tethered to the clip where you have a your second razor knife, this is for seeing inside the pouch in the dark) something like Nite Ize SpotLit LED Carabiner Light for its wide area, 4-O suture Steri-Strips provodine wipes tegaderm rats TQ, Wash and food saver bag your hemostats tweezers and scissors (may need to replace these with all stainless) then pressure cook on a raised platform with water @ 15psi for 45 minutes and dry to sterilize, and Lishi KW1 SC1 (if you know you know), spare mag. Stay safe.
Thanks, good job, would really be helpful if there was a list of the goodies inside so I did not have not have to take notes during he video. Just an idea.
Thank you so much for the reply and thank you for watching the video. Unfortunately you chose the one item in the kit that doesn’t have a brand I just found that. 😉
There's a lot of vids about EDC altoid tins. They'd be a good way to pack that kind of stuff. You can even buy similar tins with a clear lid very cheap.
I worked in a factory that manufactured small electric motors and the ball bearings for the motors came in tubes like this. The tubes were about 12 inches long and you could cut them to length for whatever you needed and use the red caps to seal both ends. I’ve never seen them anywhere where else for sale.
