I have a totally messed up back and it is extremely painful so if you can avoid future strain then take the extra time to make sure you don't injur it anymore.🙏. The downstairs is looking so so different, and your exterior stone work is looking good.

I know it is just the color of the sheet-rock walls, but that aqua green looks so pretty in the rooms, Typically I prefer earthy tones, but with the light you have there, looks nice. I'm loving the outside walls so much!! Beautiful! You need to be careful with that back! I ended up needing surgery and of course it helps, but it better to be careful with out back. Oh, it is a great idea to have a railing that can be opened for furniture! Always a thumbs up! 😊👍

Having several bulging disks... I feel your pain Edd... Hope you feel better soon. No stooping or twisting! Do not turn and bend. You might invest in an inversion table. Or find a chiropractor who has a decompression table... It certainly looks painful watching you... even just walking to the truck and back I could see your pain... The stone is looking great...

Even if you had not to mention about your back it was obvious you were in a lot of pain. Please listen to your lovely better half and all of us you are doing to much. There seems to be lots of ideas from people with bad backs and how things have helped them to continue to work maybe try one of those has well. The wall is perfectly imperfect as it should be in an old stone building. If you won’t listen to Anna, just stop pushing yourself otherwise I will have to come and sort you out. Yes, I believe the owners of Chateau de Purnon had an expert advise them on the removal of lead paint. It is also a wonderful channel.

All healthy persons doing any "heavey" lifting> should wear back binders & always have 1 helper. I am medical & it is our motto & protocol. 😉 This was a fabulous short build ...❤❤❤ Try a jacizzi or Epsom salt with baking soda- bath. Wear aspirin pain patches under back brace. ( Now that you have hurt your back, you need back support to do anything for a bit.) 😉 but try ice packs to back tonight & first 48 hrs after injury. Then hot & cold tx. 🥶 lol ❤️ Hope your 0steo sees 👀 you soon & and isn't too upset over my sugg. Stone whisperer, it's beautiful ❤❤.

I’m with you with the whole back situation. You can feel it coming on and only takes one unnatural move to have you laid up for days. I get it occasionally due to a trapped sciatic nerve that when I over work it. Hope you get it sorted mate.

My back was strengthened by yoga, 20 minutes a day and I’ve had no problems now for 10 years. I was so crooked it took a few months before I straightened out, but it was the only thing that stopped it reoccurring. I had tried everything else.

So sorry you injured your back. Just never get any type of surgery to it. Just do the right pulling and stretching laying on the floor flat floor, putting your legs up on top of the sofa or easy chair and laying there for a while. It helps a lot, but never ever let anybody do surgery to your back, I had a herniation myself and I lived with it and still do I never let anybody do surgery. You get over the pain afterwards but you never really the same putting along do all the work you’re renovations are amazing follower Rosemary from Long Beach, California .

It's looking better all the time! But I am so glad that Anna called a halt because you really needed to stop and rest. I am so sad that you are having back troubles! I agree that if you're going to be lifting heavy things, you really need an assistant while your back is injured. Please ask your doctor to explain the mechanics of what's going on and how to get it to really heal properly. I know you hate wearing a back brace, but when you have a back injury you really need to support it properly for it to heal well. When you have an injury like that, if you push past your limits, you may make the injury worse and it may take longer to heal and be more limiting. Better to lengthen your timeline and be kind to yourself, and be less limited once you're healed properly. Ask your doctor what strengthening exercises you can do as well as wearing a brace. There are some other good suggestions in here, soaking in Epsom salts and wearing a TENS unit. Please support your back as you need it in order to do what you want in future! Edd I can tell your back hurts by your posture. I’ve had back problems for years and finally I found a doctor who helped . I got spine shots and helps tremendously after the third shot. It’s been four months and I realized today that I was striding with straight posture. Good luck!

I could tell from the start of the video you were favoring your back the way you weren't bending as much. I suffer from chronic back issues and a good elastic brace with a good firm back support will help so much.
