@@up6501 he is looking great. He is not fat if you think that because he has a lot of muscle. I think you might be blind because you can see what fat and muscle is. He would wreck you in a fight anyway FYI😁

I am pretty sure eddies weekly vitamin bill is higher than my family's weekly food bill. Alex should start her own channel cooking for the beast. The dedication she has having all eddies meals ready for him is hands down half the reason he has made it.
This video EXEMPLIFIES why people saying eg Bezos' wife "stole" his money when they divorced are brain dead. Literally nothing Eddie does would be even remotely possible without someone looking after his food, his son, his laundry, washing up, cleaning, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if Eddie's marriage crumbles under this as well, she's doing all the stupid necessary stuff and he's doing all the fun stuff, being active and making money.
@@iRaps1 Bruh thats the traditional role of marriage. The man works and provides for the family and the wife is a help mate to her husband by taking care of all the stuff at home. The “fun” stuff has allowed his wife to not have to work and a nice suburban life style for his family. Plus the example with bezos is not relevant.
@@ChillestSkeleton first of all, fuck traditions, women, minorities, poor people were treated like shit forever now and defending traditional models does nothing but put you in the tradition of that. Secondly, Bezos has everything to do with it. People act like women are Leeching off of wealthy men while their husbands would be JACK SHIT without someone willing to sacrifice their own careers and their own dreams.
@@iRaps1 You are aware traditional roles is what kept the marriage rates high and divorce rates low? Eddie and his wife have a agreement. He takes on financial responsibility and she takes care of him and the family. Nowadays, modern women act more like men than men themselves. Also notice how more women are walking around with more miles on them as well as having children out of marriage which didn’t happen 30 years ago. Marriage rates are going down and you cant deny the facts.
@@iRaps1 what exactly are women sacrificing to get a rich man? Only a small portion of the population of suitable men have an income that is considered to be rich. Women aren’t sacrificing their careers and dreams because they know exactly what they are getting into.
My man was on first dates recently. He was talking about how his roid abuse has ruined his chances of having a baby etc. Seems to really regret that video too 🤣
@@TawnyCypress79 yeah, vitamin tablets are not advised unless you have a lack of a certain type. Natural form is always the best way but sometimes before winter I take some vitamins for about 2 weeks just to boost my immune system etc, but that's how they are meant to be taken as a short booster.
@@Loper77 Yeah to you. The average being. You don't need all that extra shit maybe he does. He seems to be doing fine and we all know he taking some years off his life but oh well it's his goals.

You know you’re getting old when you start calling things “nice”.....like when you’re in the bread section at the supermarket and you go,”oh these are some nice rolls” lol.
If they were to fight right now Eddie would indeed fuck Hafthor up, I hope that after another 6 months they're both skilled enough to make it a very good fight.

Eddie is such a beast at everything he does. Whether it be swimming, strongman, boxing, or just being himself. He always puts his all in to everything he does!!
Everyone is built different and not everyone can digest lactose. All you can do is try your best to reach certain goals. You probably have to be mindful of the fact that even people with extraordinary talents like Eddie ain’t perfect

@@Ryder43218 making fun? Bruh, if anything I'm hyping him up. He became the strongest man on the fucking planet, first man to pull 500kg, and he's going to tear Thor in half all despite having a few issues.
Can we get a day in the life of paddy just to see what it’s like to be Eddie’s full time training partner and what he gets up to in his time off if he gets any and living in the guest house would be a good insight 🤷🏻♂️
I love Eddie, but as a doctor I’m bound to say that he doesn’t half waste a lot of time, energy and money on pointless ‘supplements’ that are only going to be a psychological boost and a recipe for expensive urine. The body only needs/can absorb so much, especially in a short time period, Eddie. 😂
@@iRaps1 Boxing gyms are a business and they sell a service. Coaches and instructors always begin with the fundamentals of punching. The left, then then right cross and then hooks and uppercuts. Then they teach combinations of these punches. And so as a person progresses they feel they are learning something of value. However, when they begin sparring they start from ground zero because moving in a space against a moving opponent who blocks and slips and punches back is the real challenge. There are thousands of gyms and countless fighters who can throw technical punches and sound combinations but very few who can do that effectively against an opponent. To answer your question a person should learn to move fluidly in space first against an opponent (before ever learning a single punch), while mastering the footwork and body positions, as well the distance, angles and levels relative to an opponent. But there is not the same financial returns to selling the truth.......This is only a small piece of the larger puzzle of fighting......Ironically the preparation of learning punching combinations for a fight ends up being a hindrance...for example a beginner conditioned to throw a left, right, hook combination will be frozen the moment i side step the left....You must learn that elite fighters are always reacting to the opponent....but the average fighter in typical gyms learns to force a rehearsed pattern of behavior - abc (left right hook) combinations.
i love the terminator sleeve tattoo. arnold called eddie a beast and from then on eddies huge respect shows by his right arm dedicated to the terminator
I LOVE how Eddie basically advocates that; even with all his training, muscles, and experience...he would be a lost puppy without Alyx by his side. Support is just as, if not more important than results.
This type of regime is something most people can’t afford. Love Eddie, he’s a legend and still very down to earth. You’d never bet against Eddie, he’s a winner.
I’ve already determined who’s going to win the fight, and it’s not hard in saying who I’ve got my money on. Thor is too stiff and moves slower than a sloth in the ring. He has the agility and quickness of a stick.
Thor's going for a full-on slugger style, and Eddie's looking like an outboxer, which is the paper to the rock of sluggers. Eddie's somewhat smaller, but Ali was a famous outboxer who beat down some of the biggest opponents. If Eddie can keep his agility as high as possible, he can use his strength in punching as a crutch rather than his whole game
also Eddie seems to be fully embracing the wisdom of professionals in the field. He's all in to boxing and not assuming he knows anything where as it seems that Thor is taking boxing lessons, but otherwise is trying to do it all himself. just some thoughts...
Dunno. He's enormous, probably twice the muscle mass as the average man. He's also doing BOTH weight training and cardio every day. Not saying you are wrong, but not agreeing with you either. We simply cannot relate to his diet needs.
@@dohalimilqarasdeldemenanci8483 Sure. But Brian is not doing nearly as much cardio as Eddie. Different workouts, different needs. We are also not privy to Eddie's medical conditions. He does mention that his body does not absorb one vitamin normally. I think it was vitamin D? Without having access to Eddie's full medical condition and being capable of understanding it, complaining about his vitamin intake doesn't make much sense.
@@matthewhburch6198 vitamins of that amount do not contribute to “cardio” none of these vitamins help the cardiovascular system majority of them are for “immunity” and “detox” why would you need 12 different pills for immunity boosting if you’re healthy?🤣
Most cheese doesn’t actually have much lactose Chedder has minimal amounts I’m surprised arla make it tbh. Dairy milk chocolate on the other hand makes me shit like a firehose so like Eddie, if it’s really an issue maybe get some dark chocolate...
I find cheese isn't so bad, but definitely leaves me gassy where I otherwise wouldn't be. Guess it depends on how sensitive the person is to the lactose.
I still don’t think this will be a good fight. I think it’ll be a round or two of huge haymakers that get blocked. And then they will be gassed and it’ll be hard to watch the rest of the fight
@@soysauce6534 Have you been watching the videos? Eddie has proven that he can consistantly have a 180 heart rate with 1 minute break. His cardio is sustainable
