In this video Eddie Hearn speaks with the media ahead of the Jaron Boots Ennis vs Cody Crowley press conference. Eddie who is still fired up about Ryan Garcia failing his drug test after beating his fighter Devin Haney says that a lifetime ban is not out of the question. You are either misinformed or are trolling. The VADA tests are sent to ALL parties. Chris Eubank Jnr's team plus doctors looked at the results and determined that the drug found in Benn's system offered him no performance benefit and agreed to proceed. Eddie cant tell them the fight is off because there are contracts in place. The only party who can pull the plug is the commission (who were also aware of the tests some 5 plus weeks earlier). I hope that makes sense. It's ok to call someone a snake but atleast have good reason and receipts for it.

I know this as I am a counselor in the field of substance abuse and sometimes there are false positives. One girl tested positive for benzodiazepines and it turned out to be because of her over the counter sleeping pills she bought from CVS.

I can't remember the last fighter they crowned like this without fighting anyone. People are calling him a top p4p fighter and future all time great and he has 31 fights and has literally fought no one. A couple fights ago he fought someone named Karen and was having a really hard time. Also they act like everyone is ducking him like he's so scary yet Boots and his team turned a Crawford fight down twice, one time when BLK prime was just throwing away money. Dude is just mad that his fighter lost (and badly at that) and also mad that the ref couldn't "help" Haney nor could that judge who scored the fight a draw. The steroid nandrolone came back NEGATIVE...that steroid is an anabolic which, if cycled for 6-8 weeks, could have allowed Garcia to put on more muscle, recover faster, and hit harder...too bad it was not in his system. As for the osterine, there have been NUMEROUS instances of supplements being contaminated with this and it not being listed on the labels. Boxing might want to take a page out of the UFCs book and distribute lists of approved supplements that fighters can take and those they cannot. This helps everyone in the end. Anyway, the results of the B sample have not yet come back nor have they been released so everything else at this point is mere speculation. And a lifetime ban for what? Your boy Canelo did pop positive for an anabolic steroid and he didn't get a lifetime ban. The fuck outta here, Eddie. You and Haney need to move on and take the loss for what it is. Go back to the drawing board, make adjustments, and try to bounce back stronger. All this crying and whining is only doing damage to Haney's brand.

@@pd66546 the WADA list may be published, but not all supplement companies publish what is in their products which is why the UFC makes the list so there is no question when situations such as these arise. Boxing can do the same thing by listing what fighters can and cannot take, but that will take time as there are so many sanctioning bodies, commissions, etc. The B sample has not yet returned and there are all sorts of people creating more issues with mere speculation when they are not privy to the details as testing results get sent directly to the camps of the fighters and are not posted online (don't want any HIPAA violations for doing so). Eddie and Haney are not helping their brand at the moment. Everyone needs to stay silent on the issue until the results come back and have been published.

Well idk why not. The substances are almost all useless inside 2 weeks of the fight. Ryan had a clean test 6 days out so he didn't cheat by any real measure

60 billionths of a gram …. Is still so small it would not have any effect and would be easily in the range of contamination. Eddie just throwing shade….he’s just trying to protect his bad investment!

60 billionths of a gram is a number Ryan's lawyers put out there, not confirmed. Even if it was true it depends on the size of the sample tested. If it they only tested 0.0000001 gram it's huge, if it's 5 grams it's nothing. If it was contamination it would be almost impossible to be in 2 separate tests

@@kieransmith6136 You needed to crack those books and read the medical info about Ostarine and it was reported they found 6 nano grams in the test and that is 60 billionths of a gram and that is .00000006 of 1 gram. Get serious !
