"We're setting up a british olympics where each and every event is a british event, like the british hundred metres...excuse me, pardon me, excuse me, pardon me, i think i was here first." lol
@@MrSJSweet - The video came up in my RU-vid feed, so I accepted the suggestion. I watched as much as I could, then a few other interviews and "performances" by the guy. That's all, so don't read into it any more than necessary.
@@slinkerdeer - my dislike is simply that the guy tries too hard, looks absolutely idiotic, attempts to make obtuse gender statements and isn't funny. He tells long winded "stories" that are as boring as bat shit, and prances around the stage like he's somebody special. Unattractive fellow as well, with a strange sized head. So, I guess that means that I didn't find anything to like. I didn't even laugh AT him... my only emotion was to be embarrassed for him. LOL
Just saw Eddie in concert for the first time on His "Stripped" Tour.Dude went non-stop for 2 hours and then an Encore in addition. Amazing energy and freaking funny as H. We caught Him at the end of His tour at the Kodak in the middle of Hollyweird, the perfect location for an Eddie Concert. The you leave the Kodak, walk out on Sunset, and watch the freak show!
Eddie actually knows things. He knows about the French American War, which i was so surprised at, and geez! how he can make the French American War into a laugh, is beyond me, but he can!
The only time I've run when stoned was when we had run out of skins, and the late night shop closed in 5 minutes. I'd never be able to beat the time I clocked that night, I was a blur.
I would just like to point out that "the block" who run 26 miles wanted to warn the Athenians about a possible naval attack on the city. Other that that this guy is brilliant :)
when you get 5 tablespoonfuls of sugar, shake them in bucket full of crushed lightbulbs and pour them into your trousers when you're sitting on a cornflake, then wait until 4:20 chimes on the clock and you will know the significance, believe me, it is very relevant.......
The 420 thing is part of the fun of smoking pot...It's a pot legend :) It's a fun thing to talk about when you're high (and not, apparently), it brings hilarity and good conversation. We'll never know exactly how it started or why, but that's part of the fun.
Actually, as far as I recall, the Pheidippides legend has it's origins based in the 1879 poem of the same name. The runner was actually sent to ask Sparta for help, a distance of around 140 miles. The mainly Athenian army marched the 26 or so miles back to Athens, because the Persians were sailing around the coast to attack it directly. Over the years, it seems that the two stories have become somewhat conflated into the legend he mentions here. Still pretty funny though. And yes, I am no fun at parties, which is why I never go if asked.
Smoke a joint and win the 100 metres-fairplay to you lol.Thay get tested to check that they are actually on drugs-he he. Thanks for putting it on here :)
Eddie describes himself as an "Action Transvestite" and "Executive Transvestite", and "Male Lesbian/Tomboy". Basically, he likes women. He is not gay. He just likes to DRESS as a woman. Gay men who dress as women are drag queens, basically. He's explained this himself in his shows. In his own words anout him being a male tomboy, "Running, jumping, climbing trees, putting on make-up while you're up there." xD
that would be the ecstasy olympics. Everyone one in the stoned olympics would be too paranoid.... "Do you have cones?... No f#@k off..." Fine lets run then.... "F@#k it, I've got the muchies.... McDonalds???" :)
Izzard being a transexual makes him a little more unique than most comidians. I mean its rather cool seing a transexual as a comedian and I love how he is so open about it.
@chaosmage9 and over here in the UK!! a mate of mine sometimes comes over after sixth form and we always get home just in time for a smoke in the tree!! it's great. and coz we live in the countryside, the police practically NEVER go by, so it's perfect!
true! but it also adds a little extra something - and now I actually prefer him with make-up than "normal" looking. Really brings out his face expressions
