Yes I'm sad he's gone.i got to see him Greensboro NC.My husband surprised me .He knew I loved that teddy bear&he bought me a T-shirt and till this day I still have that shirt.RIP
I was one of the ones who was driving when I heard the news about that big teddy bear had passed. I'm 56 years old and I just cried like a baby It truly hit me just lot I lost a dear friend or a family member and I'm not one who do a whole lot of crying. But it is what it is Man I really miss YOU
I love Gerald Levert very talented Man...truly Gone too Soon...had alot to offer the job world...to this day I listen to his music...there is old music that I never heard....TRULY MISSING HIM
I miss the ole days at the Front Row Theatre back in Cleveland, Ohio with Gerald and Levert, and the Rude Boys in concert. It seemed as though they were performing there every three to six months. I will never forget the day Gerald died, it was like a relative had died. It was unbelievable. A tremendous loss to the music industry and it definitely changed the music scene and Cleveland. Mr. Levert, you look very healthy and vibrant in this interview. I truly miss seeing all of you guys singing. Then Sean died a year after this interview. A senseless death! Levert! #Cleveland!
@@glassroom135 , absolutely they did. The Leverts had a pool party every summer at their family home in Shaker Hts., around Gerald's birthday. The fans and everyone was invited. Those were good times, thirty years ago. Miss those days. The former safe Cleveland. I've left the area for good now. Shout out to Joe Little, who still holds it down.

I see the line about R Kelly at the beginning was cut. But I belive it was probably telling the story that Gerald wanted R Kelly to be part of LSG. Gerald asked R Kelly to join them but Kellz never get around to accepting that invitation. I hope someday someone will tell us that story in full.
