54:10 I feel you 😭 I have ADHD and autism and I'm just CONSTANTLY controdicting myself. Like I can't function unless things are organized a certain way but I can almost never seem to bring my self to do it and if I do it doesn't even stay that way for long; or how I get stressed if I don't complete a project by a certain time I set myself(even when it's not that big of a deal) or just finishing in general but I'm constantly dilly dallying around doing it or loosing intrest in it. For example my mom bought me a guitar because I've had an Intrest in it for a while now and I almost instantly started practicing but now I haven't even touched it in a month because I somewhat lost intrest but I feel bad cause my mom sold an arm and a leg to buy it when she knew we were struggling. I do have trust issues and separation anxiety as well but neither one really that bad so I do also get you there as well😅
