This is so cool seeing Eddie Murphy making a comeback with his Netflix stand-up comedy appearances including this film and Coming to America 2 I wish him all the very best of success in his return and hope to see many more Eddie Murphy movies and hopefully a new start for Wesley Snipes.
CTA is a damn near perfect film and arguably his best (I might say Harlem Nights but there's a BUNCH)... Hope the sequel lives up... The man's a genius, like Prince type genius.
@@akechetalahpay5333 Prince would still be here (he did everything like Eddie too) if it hadn't been for the DRUGS... They were the same in that they look eternal lol like dick clark lol
I think Eddie is so witty and quick and unscripted that hosts get nervous. Leno doesn't dislike him, he's just nervous because Eddie will say and do anything in the moment. Never filtered.
All talk show hosts must always be ready to talk a lot of different and interesting people in a way that makes it relevant and comfortable for millions of viewers. It takes a loooot more social skills than it seems. Leno was doing perfectly alright.
@@Adam-qs5ir did you hear those stupid questions an leno tryna upstage his guest, even with Johnny Carson and the awkward questions he kept his cool to be honest
When they were talking about their dads being boxers it reminded me of the rush hour scene when jackie chan and chris tucker arguing over whos daddy was better lol.
Mr. Eddie Murphy does a great interview. He is very smart and witty. His answers to the questions are on point and moving. Great job, King of Comedy Mr. Eddie Murphy. Thanks for the video
I didn't realize Nicole was so young when she amd Eddie got together. She was on her third child by 26. No wonder her snap back was so awesome. She looks amazing.
Poor Nicole, she spent the best years of her life married to Eddie doing nothing but popping babies whilst he was cruising for girls on Sunset and Melrose. He later discarded her for a white woman. He was such a prize....not!
@@sterlingjoseph4385 He didn't discard her because she divorced him. He was with Tracy Edmonds. The "white" woman whose name is Paige came along later. Get your story straight.
U know how Chappelle always does his "generic white guy" voice? I just realised Eddie's thing tbat he goes into every few sentences is the "New York, Italian" accent
i swear when he does that serious thoughtful gaze i melt he's so hotttt. And then he cracks a joke and looks all goofy and breaks the image. This guy literally is 2 people in 1🤣🙈
lola brini Yass!!! Eddie was my 1st celebrity crush 😍😍😍 I was only 7yo and knew he was my play bf/husband. I’m now 37yo & I still get those giggles and crush feels when I see him staring or laughing.
Eddie is so self assured. Just like the first time on Leno's show. Leno was much more comfortable in this interview. Both men are a hoot and the timing is great. I'd love to see another Murphy film.
I ❤ Eddie. He’s funny even when he’s not trying to be. His laugh is everything. I just love when he rips on Cosby. 🤣🤣 I never found Leno funny at all. Love Letterman and Conan. I love Elvis Presley, Eddie knows THE Rock star is King. 👑 Eddie would be such a fun dad, a constant funny man. Loved Charlie too and his Rick James stories. 😊
My all time! Eddie is soooooo, Special! In my opinion the Best!, over the top, Funny, mouth out his ASS, THE Most Hilarious all time Comedian I have heard in my lifetime, and I believe as long as I have lived, 66yrs, I am looking for whoever thinks he can beat that record, or change my mind! Although, I ❤, he,he, he! Eddie Funny as, Bleeps!! Cracks me up 2.! My Generation Super Funny men!!! God Bless M, and forgive M, 4 whatever. They're very special, and strong willed people to do what they do and did! All my ❤., Try to get Happy again Folks, watch some of their movies! Every one needs to laugh, and smile at each other again! ✌❤😁🤗, go ahead yourself, get a little silly, but always be kind!
It's funny how at this time Eddie says he likes BEVERLY HILLS COP 3 better then the second one. 11:14 Now a days he says it's one of his worst films ever. LOL I think today he's just basting it off of the fans reaction to it. I'm a fan of 3, I LOVE the first two but I'm a Murphy fan ALL THE WAY!!!!!
I liked part 3 but was thrown off by the fact it was part 1 with different characters except for Rosemont....I mean Rosewood, and minus Taggert. Just like Paul Blart & Observe And Report are the same movie. Just boils down to which one you like best...lol
One More Coming From SNL And Eddie Is One Of The Greatest Hollywood Actor's And His First Movies, Like Beverly Hills Cop And Another 48 Hours Are Stuck In The Best Movies Files In '' HOLLYWOOD HISTORY '' !! 😀
God damn Eddie was the shit. I hope he really does have a stand up come back and fucking kills. Also still sad about charlie. Were losing way too many great comedians that we REALLY couldve used this year in particular.
If Eddie Murphy knows the films Roustabout and Speedway, and can sing "Wonderful World" (which is actually from a different movie)... he is a true Elvis fan!! Those are not your most common Elvis movies or songs.
I like Jay, but you are right. Eddie is gifted. Plain and simple. Amazing comic/mimic. Once or twice in a generation someone with his skill and talent comes on the scene.
For a genius comedian I find Eddie's interviews a bit slow and awkward. He interviews well now, his last appearance on Ellen was well done. I'd love to see him and Dave Chapelle do a huge tour; he has been hinting at coming back doing standup, you never know, It would be awesome.
Jay: "We should have our two dads come down here and fight." Eddie to himself: "Damn Jay. My dad died when I was eight years old. But I'll keep it lighthearted for another couple minutes."
+Mike Blarney jay Leno was the funniest known to exist? That has never been the case, he did take Lettermans job. So Jay Leno was funnier than Richard Pyror, Steve Martin, Robin Wiiams,Red Fox. that is hands down just wrong, even though its an opinion its wrong.
Why does this interview seem so organic more like a conversation, is it cause eddie is a great conversationalist or Jay a great interviewer? Im honestly asking cause i dont have much experience with Jay's show/style. 😊
Now that’s how you sell a movie!! He said Beverly Hills cop 3 is better than part 2!! 😂😂😂 Tony Scott did an incredible job directing Beverly Hills cop 2! I love that Franchise in from Detroit I hope I can audition for a part 4!
jack frost His monologue was solid every night but his interviews were brutal. He just didn’t have the right tone for interviews as he was either a jerk and would mock the guest for a laugh, or he was too timid and it made the guest even more awkward.
