They did upgrade the physics, mechanics, they mixed a few NFSs into this one. What you expect? A NFS game that has the same physics as the old generation? Not the same devs, so it's not possible *ATM* to get that. This new feeling of the game is awesome, just getting much better at every new release and they do listen community, what we want. We got Eddie's R34 from *U1, night feel from U2* and *Carbon, MW* BMW M3 GT-R with exact sound from real life and many more things. Nothing personal, have a great night dude
Not only is it accurate to the original version of the car from NFS:UG, the exhaust note of this thing almost sounds like the fully tuned Skyline from that game too.

I'd say go back to PUBG in that case ( Or maybe you're one of those doomsday shouters hating on BR games, hehe ) but i also play that. Heck, i dislike CS GO as a concept, but the core gameplay is so damn fun, sure, it's not like the old ones, not like i CANNOT go back to them. I've played the hell out of all of them because i like it as a whole and didn't gave a damn about peeps like you, whom think their say is OBJECTIVE. If that core game is objectively fun, who's to say i cannot play it. Sure, call me a shill, but aren't we all shills of different grades. And yes, what you just said is triggering. They can suck, but remember, old games sucked too, but you won't say that, because the nostalgia glasses are too foggy. I hated how clunky the Gothic series was as a whole, but i still loved and played the living crap out of them. Juiced! RWD cars in that game are prone to fishtailing like hell. But it's a damn fun game. You know what OBJECTIVELY sucks? Labeling games on their faults but never counting on the better side. Get out of here, go back to 2015 or "The Run", least The run had some substance to it even if it was short. PEACE!
I've had some dialogue with EA employees regarding the sound of the R34 Nissan Skyline on Need for Speed: Heat, specifically how it's not possible to achieve that single-turbo rb26/ iconic 2fast2furious-esque sound that many skylines in real life and many skylines in other games come close to achieving. It is especially disappointing seeing as the launch trailer for NFS heat had the sound somewhat correct but it was totally different when the full game was released. Yes, i'm aware that the GT-R was twin-turbo as stock, but the fact that you can add a single turbo should change the sound as it does in real life. Either that or an extra engine swap would suffice to achieve it in-game, in my opinion. The feedback i gave was as detailed as possible and the EA employees that i spoke to were quite helpful and enthusiastic about listening to the feedback, but they also suggested creating a specific topic for this on the forums to gain as much visibility and traction as possible in order to gauge a community response to this specific issue. For that reason, i'm asking for all those in favour of seeing this sound implemented into the game (via either an engine swap or a special turbo add-on or anything like that), please reply to this post with a +1 or any other comments/feedback you'd like to add in regards to this issue. However I'm sure that there are enough of us who want this sound in the game to get the message across as it would be the icing on the cake that is the best Need for Speed game in years, if this happens. @t

it is the sound of a stock RB26 pretty much, which is the twin turbo, stockcams, and stock manifold and downpipes factory engine. The sound you must be thinking about is that of a single turbo, hks cams, tubular manifolds and downpipes RB26 (The 2F2F sound pretty much) which is a heavily tuned motor. Also don't worry! The RB26 of the R32 in NFS Heat sounds like the 2F2F RB!
Yeah, the underground physics (normal physics, not drift mode) felt less arcadeish than the other games. When drifting in first gear you could use both counter steering and the gas to control the drift.
Nice to see that even the Crown Vics are back to keeping up with supercar levels of performance... Well, maybe not. That was one of the more frustrating things of the original Most Wanted. Screaming down the highway well in excess of 300 km/h and a police Crown Vic just gets in front of you like its childs play. HEAT looks and sounds awesome though!
The RB sounds soooo much better than Payback and the stock R34 in Heat. Great improvement on basis of sound. And the bodykit looks really nice. Im digging the legacy cars.
The sound design in this game is unreal. All I hear is the turbo going tsusususu and I am loving it. This game will go down in history as one of the best NFS games
Yeah i don't understand that either the same thing with brembo, it's in the game and Tyler had a sticker from them on his skyline but you cant find it anywhere in the game
