Look guys. Your figures are off. Stock 2016 -2022 V6 Camaro has 335 hp SAE NET 284 lb-ft SAE NET With my 2020 Camaro LT (badged an RS with 3600miles) With the supercharger you get a gross 115 hp! Not 50!!!!! Real dyno figures at the Rear Wheels! 406.8 RWHP (@5880 rpm) 366.5 RWlb-Ft (@ 5550 rpm) BTW my A/C compressor has effect on power that I can feel...but I am sure it has minor 5 to 15 hp of drag on the serpentine belt. Honestly I would love to add a small turbo to boost the low end. So it has incredible hp and torque gains, but just like the stock V6 you have to work for it. I would only even consider this mod on a TR3160 with a fresh stock clutch with 30,000 miles, or like me, find a low low mileage V6 manual WITH dual mode exhaust option. You can add brembos later but you DO need a better suspension than an LT or RS. I added the $1100 PSS Nordscliffe approved Bilstein Adjustable Supension and $340 for the ELK-015 BMR end link front and rear sway bar end links kit. 4 piece kit. At least get the front BMR end links, as it really gives you that steering feel that polyurethane bushings cannot. Thicker sway bars are not necessary. But you DO want the links to not bend and be made out off 1/2" thick stainless and real gear lubed bushings that give you that "feel" so many of us miss. It also sounds like a Tie Fighter and csn beat 96% of cars on the road. "Camaro by Brembo" front calipers were purchased for $249 for the pair including new ceramic pads. I only need 1" larger rotors and proper brake line ends. Project then will be complete. I call it an SCLT but I removed the false "RS" badges...since they were glued on. Car $26k 1.5 yrs ago. At 2.54% over 6 yrs. That way I could afford the $12,000 in upgrades. (Its a hobby...better than drugs!!!) BTW- burned through a clutch in 1500 miles. It was due to traction control being left on. I only got 1 warning and I got a code for an emission sensor. It indicated water in the system. Well, it is in the inside two ports that are cut off during stealth mode. You have to leave the exhaust on sport and burn it out of the system. Since leaving trac off and the exhaust in Auto I have had no further warnings or codez. ( now at 8044 miles) . - camrochris on camaro forums And on www.camaro6.com Thats camrochris not camarochris, a user name that was taken in the 20th century. :
Yeah I like the cyclones too ,I think of the main three I think the pentastar is the worst one but hey it’s whatever yah got,as long as it’s not a 4.0 Mustang lmao
@@automafiaracing yo if I were planning on getting 3.7 11-14 mustang what would be everything I need to do bolt on wise before a pro charging if I wanted to do that
How much power were you making with the stock edelbrock tune? Looking to buy kit but wondering if I should just get the kit without the tune and have mafia or another tuner tune it.
Great vid! I have a 2011 3.6l v6 cold air intake catback etc , But i do want one of these on pump gas lol i think i'm kicking close to 342 hp instead of 312 hp with the mods i added i want one!
Subbed .. However would have been nice to see a Dyno pull as it stood when it came in the door on your Dyno. Keep up the good work though I'll have to stop by sometime !
@@automafiaracing look at the end of the day the customer has a better tune and looks very happy!! People will criticize me being one of them but I realize the niche market and having someone else helping the 3.6 Camaro community is just awesome in my book. Industry needs a good off the shelf single turbo kit like you have for the 3.7s I bet you could find a sponsor car in no time.
See I love the v6 camaro and appreciate it for the handling and daily driver usability, but for god's sake if you are going to spend this kind of money for power just get the damn V8!
@@chickenmuffin Yes but there are people who can't afford the V8 up front so the buy the 6 and tinker away at it. I've owned many many sports cars and honestly the under dogs are far more appealing, the v8 a no brainer for power but everyone has one. Tinkering is fun IMHO.
@@automafiaracingObviously you wouldn't. 😅 I'm curious though, is it mainly because of wasting money on a kit without getting the full performance or is it for reliability? I've had the 2019 6speed for some years now. I love the car (especially the top end with its gearing) as is but have been having a bit of an itch to modify it. Disclaimer here is that anything other than programming I'd do myself. The reason I even found this video is that I'm trying to get an idea of what the internals can handle. Thanks for your time if you have any to spare.
The 1LE has the SS low side fuel system so it's actually even better for boost. When procharger came out with thier kit they used a 1LE for thier included tune which is why that canned tune is no good either. Not sure what these manufacturer are doing but the tunes they are providing are hot garbage.
@@automafiaracing Hold on!! You are making a supercharger for the 3.7 mustang? I was set on the low budget turbo but the whine coming from a supercharger is orgasmic.

A chasis dyno... when the wheels spin measures to the wheels. Crank means the crankshaft of the motor. So to measure that you would need the engine to be out of the car.

@@automafiaracing man, no need to come out with the sarcasm, was a genuine question out of interest, over here in SA we get a lot of figures pre converted to crank hp, thats the only reason i asked?
Listen this mod is admirable but he should've just grabbed the SS, hit the shop , and let you guys ROCK THAT BITCH FOR REAL! I got my ZL1 in the shop im doin a Edelbrock 2650 with supporting mods (1000hp build) i really wanted to do the Maggie but as you well know they're on a 8 week back order if lucky
