I can't wait to see my results. Tony is porting my trick flow heads and Holley system max intake. I figured it would be best to do the heads and intake at the same time. Next is some 3800 heads I need done. I'm very excited to get all my stuff done
Great job! Just wondering?... The Edelbrock has a cut out section under where the carb mounts and the chinese one don't. Does this have anything to do with flow?? Thanks for the videos!!
It's all about the combo when we port. That's the extra bonus you get with our porting. We don't do a one size fit all with our porting. We tailor our porting techniques to the customers combo. The notch in the divider helps on the high rpm flow especially when using a carb on the smaller side for the combo but it also softens the low rpm signal a little as well. When the carb is sized correctly for the combo or the combo is not revving that high like in a 4x4 application then we keep the dividers intact for the extra off idle boosted signal to the carb. This is why we tell the customers to follow our recommendations and leave it up to us.👍
When porting 2 peice manifolds we never just port the lowers only. This is NOT the correct way of doing this. You ALWAYS should port the lowers and uppers together then make sure they are flowed bolted together like we do them. Our porting is much different than others and this is why our glow rates and hp gains are much higher. We only sell complete sets of ported manifolds

On a stock stroke Ford 5.0, we compared a regular RPM and the Stealth. The RPM worked well, but the Weiand beat it everywhere. The RPM ran as if it was "too big" for the engine, compared to the Stealth. The RPM might be be better on a stroked 5.0, but on the stock stroke 5.0 Ford, this is one time that the Stealth wins.
@CLEEPER1 yes we have ported many of them. Our stage 2 ported on them gain over 60cfm average runner flow and out mods to them allow them to rev higher and make more power than a out the box single plane manifold without losing any torque.
