OMG, I am getting ready to build this EXACT same house only flipped here in New Kent Va. at the Farms Of New Kent. Same color siding door etc, same cabinets, quartz counters and back splash, same covered patio, same flooring. Only difference is I added a gas stove and tiled in the guest bath room. Its kind of cool to see how mine will look when done.
