She was the second Elphaba I ever saw after Idina. I saw her in San Francisco with Kendra Kassebaum as Glinda on the 1st National Tour back in 2005. She was GREAT! VERY different from Idina and then I saw her again in Los Angeles (with the INCOMPARABLE Megan Hilty as Glinda) after their Broadway runs and Eden had gotten MUCH MORE comfortable in the character and made it more her own. I REALLY ❤️💚🖤 when Elphaba is played by women of color, because it brings even more depth and complexity to the character. ****I HEAR THAT FIRST "BRING ME-EE-EE-EE DOWN" RIFF IN MY DREAMS SOMETIMES -- THANK YOU EDEN!!!! 💚🖤❤️****
