It’s a folk song from Punjab (India). It’s about brothers' (Veera) marriage, we have a culture of applying mehandi (henna) on hands in marriages for a good omen. This song talks about Bhabhi (sister-in-law) who has to apply henna on her husband's younger brother’s hands on the occasion of his marriage. Sister-in-law will do the shagun (good omen).
