I missed one lesson of further maths mechanics and somehow the teacher ran thru the whole chapter 5 the Pearson edexcel books are completely useless this was helpful

I'd be saying if the angle goes to zero what happens to the forces and getting sin/cos that way. Imagining the angle is zero is a way to check you've got the right result.
