It depends on the size of the shield bubble. If it's big enough, bombers can fly in. And if the map has hills, you can manipulate the bombers' flying height. Just like Balam in old EDF, they hype Barga up as the ultimate anti-kaiju weapon, but it really is the worst/most inefficient thing to use.

Well, it works. Kinda. Other vehicles like the Ranger's Brute helicopter have way more dps. And against multiple kaiju, EMC is likely to be bounced around like a rubber ball. But, frankly, I hardly use EMC. So I lack practical experience to give you a decisive answer. EMCs are good against Anchors, though. It keeps firing even when you exit. So you can aim, push the fire button, exit and do something else while the EMC takes care of the Anchor.

Yes, if the shield bubble is high enough for the bombers to fly below it. In some missions, the bombers' flying altitude can be manipulated using the terrain. As demonstrated here: 102.
