Found this EP when I was 16-17 years old. I'm 22 now and still listen to this like it's the first time I've heard it. Track number 2 does something to me every time lol
I love how he makes even a phone deal call interesting to listen to! I want to hear more of that call! And it so cool how it sounds like he's brining out his iconic King Krule lines like '6 feet beneath this ground' 'my head cools' 'darker shades of blue' through his Edgar. Anyone know if this was made before 6 feet beneath the moon?
it a reference to tha previous lines, "See I was born and raised within the mouth of a crocodile But see they got you, they got me, they got all of us on file What are we to do but say no styles, no wild, no stop allowed," etc: it illustrate both tha invasiveness of tha modern urban world & also his complicity wit it
There are times in life where you just want everything to end. There are other times when you just want to listen to Doing It Stealthy at max volume and call your boss the R-word
the last track has a slowed version of upon the beak, from when he was making music under dj jd sports, running underneath it and it works perfectly wow
its actually a alternate mix of tha beat to his joint "babylons blues", both of which sample a live performance of tha bill evans track "tha two lonely ppl"

If someone tells me they don't like Doing It Stealthy by Oloff, I tell them I don't like them, and I ask them to leave my immediate vicinity before things get really nasty.
