You never ever know when you have a hater lurking. Keep that in mind always. You didnt go out. Love your work. You shoulda got that shredder. wow. You could get your egg waste and then shred green right into it. That thing is impressive. And im just blabbing idk if thats how it's done or not. i am not in the industry.
Your enthusiasm really comes through, even though you mentioned you were running on just four hours of sleep! That Drone footage was a smart move too, giving a better view into the grinding chamber. It’s clear you’re passionate about this work and always eager to learn and share insights with your audience. 👍
What I learn here is that you need to separate your material before processing in the Grinder, so you change the speed and configuration of the machine only a few times instead of every load you put inside to be shredded.
Great to hear a Northern Irish accent over there talking about that Rotochopper. If you meet him again, greet him with "Bout yee?"... He will love you for it.
I can see why you'd want one of everything they had there, (at least). Most of your money in the future, will be in concrete deckings I suspect. Still we can all dream, that's about all, as usual Ryan thoroughly enjoyable visit, and a lot of information stored. From UK.
I love watching your videos, I can’t believe all the businesses you have going on there at your dump side it’s just amazes me how you keep up with it all. I hope you find the right equipment. Hang in there. It’s good to see you every day.
Those "acres of concrete" sure make things a lot easier. I'm the future, you'll replace your whole your while tipping floor with access of concrete and then truck everything where you want it... I've been in a number of landfills (in California) where they do it that way. For recycling (and making the most of it), there's really hardly any other way to go. Perfect control of what actually gets landfilled and where as well as all the recycling and upcycling benefits.
Keep being yourself that’s what makes your content so good.for ever viewer you loss for being you,you will gain two. Next time have a drink for me. You commented on how you liked the knives on the edge machine my one question would be how often the knives have to be replaced and the cost.
Awesome video...I believe Aaron could build you a windrow turner just like that one with enough beer, scrap metal and a couple lawnmower motors....Much love to all of you all. Be blessed and stay safe
Now you just have to go back home and talk your dad into buying everything you want for Christmas 🤣🤣 Enjoyed the video as always definitely some nice equipment
When people load these shredders, they wait on the machine to be nearly empty, then dump a small load straight into the screws. Then they faf around and the machine waits on them until they do it again. A much more efficient way to load is to fill the whole platform and then do any faffing, and keep the platform full. Later they (or another) operator can raise the platform and slide the waiting load into the screws. Waiting on the machine to empty the screws just makes it so the machine is waiting on the operator to feed it some more. The ramp should be the material gate, not the loader. If the screws are busy, dump the load on the ramp to shred it a few seconds from now. The only time you slow the loading is when the screws and the ramp are completely full.
Never thought that I'd say anything good about a tub grinder. The Morbarks that I've seen do have the advantage that the loaders on them allow the operator to see what's in the tub. Running the grindings into the Vermeer did produce nice material. If you have enough small green material to move the nitrogen content high enough to allow good composting, this would be a great combination. Let it compost until it cools down then feed it to the worms. That is great stuff that brings a premium price. Only thing is, a lot of urban green waste contains so much chemical residue that it kills the worms.
I have worked on similar site's as a contractor , you can still turn the rows of compost with a machine as you show and it allows you to add water which speeds up composting i worked with the Backhus to
I saw a machine in use at a similar facility (composting) that looked and worked more like a hay turner. Took a bit more space since you always have to have an empty row to turn it into but a lot cheaper I suspect.
Totally enjoyable thank you Mr. Dig Thanks for bringing us along if there's any kind of equipment involved I'll be there This field trip was especially exciting to see The special purpose vehicles are being produced❤ I would have loved to have seen their concrete processing How they go about it thanks so much LDR. Cl(:>)-[❤)=[
That was an awesome video, Lee is from Northern Ireland, since l am viewting from County Sligo it's not far away, it's part of Britain but still not far away 🇺🇦🤠🚲📷✍
Very cool! I have my GoPro with me in the cab today. Running a rural garage route today. Will upload a video later tonight of me operating my automated garbage truck and dumping at my local landfill.
Hey Ryan !!! ""COOOLLL STUFF "" they have there & Thanks for taking the viewers along !! With being ""ALLERGIC" to POISON IVY "" I couldn't work there or at your place either !! Maybe ,, ""OL"" Luck will come to you to win some of this equipment for sure !! 👍👍👍👍👍
Man, oh man. That tub really cuts it down. Also you can tell which way the wind is blowing. LOL. But that is great equipment I know it cost money but when you figure in how much space it would save over time plus your recycling project, you would be saving a lot of money in the long run, I think. I am not that much up on that stuff like you are. Damn good videos though. You and your team keep up the good work. Oh yeah, ladders and hang overs don't mix! 😂😂😂😂
Mr. Digg how many acres do you think that facility was???? Keep up with the great content just found your channel enjoying it very much! Thanks for maken the content!!
Mr. DiGG almost turns into Mr. Do Not Disturb and happens to have a guy with a cool accent to fill in. Sounds like you planned it out!! Good job sir, good job!!🤣🤣🤣 I really did DiGG his Irish accent.
Thanks Mr Digg I think the next hat giveaway should be we all guess how much you spent and the winner gets a hat And they have to pay for shipping 😅😅😅 P.S. never admit to being drunk.... you're in "an advanced state of refreshment" 🍻 Keep smiling bro 👍
That bloke holding the ladder would have never stopped it from slipping by using one hand and standing beside it. ‘I would never let you fall’ - as if he was controlling the ladder.
Dang! It sounds like that thing will eat anything. 😊 The guy in the orange shirt showing you how to run the machine has a cool accent. 👍👍 I posted before you said where Lee was from. 😊
Great video Ryan don't worry about the ones bashing you for being hungover hell Guys like us have to work extra hard just so they can set back run there mouth and collect a check each month 😂😂😂😂 they don't know what a Hard days works is thanks for the info i actually learned quite a bit from the gentleman from Ireland cheer's Bud how Larry and Millie getting along
I question dropping the waste / logs / tires directly onto the rotors ?? would think on the tilt deck would prevent shock on the bearings and make a more uniform feed for the blades ??
This shredder looks similar to a 95dk from rotorchopper be neat to see you guys demo one for greengo with them rotors that they was using in this vedio
Let's see how far you can push that permission versus forgiveness with that man on the side by side, order one of each of the machines that you want!! I dare you,LOL
Awesome video and very informative thank you Mr Digg. Nice machine. Out of curiosity what is a set of different rotors for the Rotochopper worth? Hope you recovered from your extracurricular activities. 😁🤣
Don't do this work but I had a good snicker when you were confused why they were going from the rotary grinder into the tub grinder because it makes logical sense. The rotary does all the heavy work breaking the big stuff down into smaller more manageable pieces then feeds it into the tub grinder which breaks it down into even smaller mulch sized pieces at the same rate it's getting fed. Why over work a single machine in a less efficient manner.
@@TheRealMrDiGG Awesome, those locks are HUGE, like 5 or 6 stories deep! Didn't really find much, an old steam shovel was about it. But we did do about 20 dives.
I think it should be standard equipment to have a camera 📷 mounted up top just the operator can see what's happening up on the infeed not just for videos 😉
Nothing shreds, rubber. That's just the way it is. I saw a whole tire trying to go up that conveyor into the dumpster. Because it wasn't chewed up. It was literally cut the tire was still in one piece. That's a pretty sad situation and it's a great machine, but it doesn't do Robert tires nothing does. There's just nothing that does it well
With all of the concrete that is being dumped at your landfill, couldn't you just have them dump that in a conveniently flattened area to give you a nice pad to work on? :)
Yes, that’s how we built our loading dock but it’s quite labor-intensive because you have to have someone standing and they’re pretty much all day just to pour half yard or a yard of concrete and then it doesn’t really mold together all that well kind of breaks apart after a while
This is the size you need Mr. Digg! Skid steer compatible? Looks like it…😊 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4zBtq4_Yj7w.htmlsi=MOZmrco1GDGRW5aw
I don't like that shredder as much. I like the other one that you guys had It don't seem like it was as much technical as this one is too much computer stuff can mean more money you don't need to be a genius to operate some of this stuff. But I do seeing a spray bar on the tires side of it would be good.
@@TheRealMrDiGGdon’t listen to the hate comments on here you are entitled to some r&r like oh well your hangover but you still able to get a video up when most people won’t even bother getting out of bed
FYI, and please believe me, I love your content. FYI stop with a hung over content. 🍻🥂 People are getting sick of alcohol users. Drunks no longer rate as , cool people. Come on be professional.😊😊😊
@@TheRealMrDiGG live your life the way you want to Mr. Digg! Spending time with YOUR guys does wonders for their morale. It also lets them know that they can go to you with any issues they might be having. You can’t please everyone, but I have NO problem with you hanging out with your guys. All your employees look plenty happy to me! 😊
