Good Luck Please make sure you are watching your build. I moved here 3 years ago. My house is built horribly. The walls are bowed and nailes are all popping. My upstairs bathroom sink marble is one inch thick on one end and 2.5 on the other end. I was told this meets their specs. I dont talk to my neighbors because o e is gossipy and the other made sure to tell me "we do things a certain way in this neighborhood " They did not honor the 1 year warranty. Ive been fighting with the cheap sod they put down. If you have to get anything fixed that is tedious . It took 6 months to get my flower box repaired and only got it fixed because I told them I was going to BBB. I cant wait to be able to sell. I hope you have a better experience.

I own a house here for the last 3 years. Poor build quality. They offer marina as a benefit but it isonly open during working hours. The Hoa is wasteful going as far as sodding public roads just to advertise. They cheap out and cut corners on your build every step of the way. They will put down less than ideal grass and not properly prep ground before laying it down. They did not honor my first year warranty and now I have all kinds of repairs to do on the walls which by the way are all bowed. Do yourself a favor and choose another builder. Looks nice in the video but sugar on a turd doesnt make it any less a turd.
