As a flamboyant gamine ( petite who benefits from boxy, staccato and boyish fashion ) I realize why I binge watch your stuff for inspo. You have mastered styling basics colors and pieces in the most interesting and thoughtful way which many have tried and failed. I feel like one day I’m gonna look like a mini Emily Wheatley lol.

I am probably older than your mom but I love your episodes on RU-vid. I may not love all of your pieces but I learn how to build a capsule wardrobe and I share your love of black gray white clothes, plus I like the music, lol
LOOOVE the idea of an edgy classic wardrobe. As a former goth girl who didn't live off mommy & daddy (I had to work!) this warms my heart! But as a now more mature woman who doesn't have a flat tummy, and is a little rounder, the overalls (which I happily wore in high school) and the cropped shirts just won't fly. Nor will the leather bralette. One of _my_ biggest bonuses for my wardrobe is a couple of loose black dual stretch tops that can be dressed up or down, worn with nearly anything, yet hide in the background to show off your scarves, jewelry, hair, makeup, what have you. As well as a couple pair of wide-leg dual knit black pants for the same reason. Oh, and YAY, I have both those types of shoes too! (tho it's hard to go sockless when you live in the wintery midwest!)

I’m almost 60 and love your style and fashion savvy! I also find it comforting to have something around my neck. The slim neck tie is also my signature piece. Giving comfort and edginess! I’ve read that it is because I’m a Taurus or Earth sign? Anybody else validate this?

I love your capsule wardrobe! i'm a maximaliste by heart but it really help me when planning my outfits for a long vacation (aka for the holidays and summer vacation) I find my latest capsule for this holiday was my best yet! colourful, (reds, blues and green tops all tied up with brown and oatmeal pants/bottoms) and super versatile (parties and spending time around a fire outside with the kids) I'm still not ready to be a minimaliste but the capsule wardrobe principales are still very handy in those situation!

Number 8, with the vest!!! Also, glad to see somebody rocking overalls again, didn't know anybody still wore them. In the 80's my favorite "style" video on MTV was Banana-rama's "Cruel Summer". I wore my Guess overalls constantly :)
