Nasturtium is a well known garden plant that has several edible parts. Parts of this video appeared in my "Summer" film which I've now updated here-that's why some audio sections may sound different.
All your "nasty" food looks really good! My neighbor started with just a couple seeds and now, there are so many self-seeding plants. She pulls them out by the bucketload. I better ask her if I can have some to eat! :D
@@ladeda7033 I'm sure your neighbor will appreciate you help in getting rid of her "Nasties". As a thank you, maybe you can make her some thing with featuring them .
I grow these for the leaves that I dehydrate and add to my green smoothie mix. I LOVE your recipes, especially the avocado filler and will most definitely try them this summer when my nasturtiums offer up their gift of beauty to me. The seeds add a lovely peppery flavor to my lily wraps. I am ooohing and awing as I imagine these new taste experiences.
@@ladeda7033 don't plant it in your garden I fight it back It's great at the border of the woods Do you have strong smelling herbs you can plant them around?
