You did a marvelous job of covering the key places in Edinburgh, especially that there was no commentary to spoil your wonderful tour. Your camera angles were exceptional, from the whisky shop, Mons Meg, The Scott Monument and so many more. I've lived in Edinburgh for 2 years but I never got into Edinburgh Castle. Because I always felt like there's plenty of time for me in Edinburgh and I will visit the castle sooner or later. It was until the day I left UK that I regret not visiting Edinburgh Castle. So if you ever got chance to do something, do it right now instead of waiting.
you get some cracking views from Edinburgh botanical gardens. where was the gteyfriars statue? the wee dog is a big tourist draw. not bad coverage of my country’s capital. 🏴

Youll need at least 2 days to see all the main tourist bits of Edinburgh! Their is 80 buses/day from Glasgow (Buchanan Bus station) to Edinburgh. Takes 1 hour ,in both directions!

Edinburgh *is* beautiful; but we have to be very, *very* careful. Take Princes Street. Look at late 19th/early 20th photos. What do you see? Unadulterated beauty. No scars, no pockmarks. Now, look at the street today, 2021. Seriously, look at it. It’s a hodge-podge architectural mess. Old stuff bulldozed to make way for plug-ugly newer stuff. Why? F*ck knows. All I know is, it’s tragic. The only remaining Princes Street vista is the one looking *away* from it, up towards the castle.

Ah the memories! Was here last year & got a sunburn climbing Arthur’s Seat! It seems like cooler weather here! It was sweltering & always sunny when I visited!
