Brilliant vlog! There are cities on the planet just as beautiful (if not _more_ beautiful) than Edinburgh, but there’s nowhere quite like Edinburgh! It truly _is_ one of a kind! 👍
Which dates in September exactly? I saw another vlog that September is sunny and good weather with slight fall leaves changing. Do you agree ? If so which weeks did u go I wouldn’t mind a some gloomy days - tbh I’d like to experience both lol Scotland looks gorgeous for rainy days. But I want majority more sunny I know I’m being picky hahaha which weeks in September would you reccomend for this?
We were there from the 9th to the 23rd of September, and yes we had fantastic days there, it only slightly rained 1 of the days we were out and about, and maybe 2-3 days we were bed ridden with covid. Other than that most days were very pleasant, somewhat chilly maybe, but not by Scottish standards. The whole "Scotland in September" was just a bite sized joke for the video, but we didn't experience horrible weather by any means.
@@lorddaver5729 I wholeheartedly disagree, we had a wonderful time there! I am, however, open to any recommendations if you have places to visit in addition to Edinburgh!
@@Empalagation That daver is a bit of a bawbag eh? If you look at his channel all he has is a video of Spiderman LMAO. And the sh*tey cartoon one at that. Obviously a wee edgy boy. Tell you what daver, you come and tell us face to face, but you'll naw. Anyway! Loved your video, so sorry the Covid got you two. Glasgow, where I'm from, isn't anywhere as nice as Edinburgh, we had the sh*te bombed out of us in WW2 because we were one of the biggest ship manufacturers in the world at that time. It's still a very cool city, lots to do and see and it's less touristy than Edinburgh. It costs a lot less to stay in Glasgow than Edinburgh, and the train takes 30 mins to get across the country to Edinburgh. If you are coming back and are going to use trains to get around Scotland, get a travel card and it's much cheaper for tickets. Hope this helps a wee bit. Oh, and the accent wasn't bad! One love fae Scotland. 💙
@@stewrmo Thank you so much for the information! We're actually looking into possibly planning some time in Glasgow and Inverness at some point, so that information is priceless! Thank you for the wonderful comment!
Edinburgh is not "absolutely beautiful ". It's a dump. And it's cold, wet and often windy. The food is bad, the people are unfriendly and there's nothing worth seeing or doing.
