The thing I've been wrestling with in the past couple of days is how/why I can't edit Google photos DIRECTLY on my chromebook to the same extent as I can on my android phone? I can annotate, draw, add text, etc on my phone but can't on my chromebook where I can only apply filters, crop, change the lighting, etc. Am I missing something? I really don't want to download a photo because I want it stored in Google Photos. I guess I can download, edit then upload but then I need the extra step of deleting the original. The disparity in workflow, between android and chromebook "Google Photos editor" which is puzzling and annoying.
You have made some very good points. I find myself having to download the image, then uploading it to another image editor site, then downloading the results, then uploading the final copy into Google photos. I never realized just how many times I was downloading and uploading my content, just to edit it. Google photos should have a better editing software options.
RU-vid doll size pictures so I can print them out for patterns doesn't really show me all that it doesn't matter if it's coloring book style or just black and white I really need to know how to do this so I can print them out in the right size that I need was using real player , but can't use on Chromebook. Open the logo in a photo editing app, then copy the logo. You may use Ctrl+C to copy, if the logo is selected or highlighted. Then open the photo and use the Ctrl + V shortcut to paste the logo.
Please HELP.. After “save and close” the quality of the drawing/text is poor quality on Google Docs. However, the quality is great in google drawing.. PLEASE advise 😳🙏 Can send you picture of what I mean above.
I am sorry to hear that. Perhaps the drawing may become better if you resize the drawing and make it smaller on the page. You may do that by clicking once on the finished drawing and then dragging the corner to the center of the drawing.
@@selmateacher7 Thats what I thought but no luck. Even smaller size in the drawing is good quality but once saved it's not. Can email you a pic if you'd like.
There are two ways. One is by using the apps, 'save function' normally.. File.. save as or download as. But I use the other way. I right click on the image and then select "Save image as..."

@selmateacher7 When I plug my Canon into the usb port on my Chromebook I get a message about the files not being editable and the normal Google photos app doesn't start up for some reason. Are you familiar with this issue? Normally everything would pop up automatically and I could easily download photos to my computer or to the cloud in the app.
