Hi you can watch my videos on writing a good personal statement. A Level grades as a whole are important if that's what you mean (this would be grade 11 and grade 12 or year 12/13 if in UK)

I wanted to ask how much time does Oxford take to get back with the status of admission and do the scholarships get announced with the acceptance? The website says that it will be announced after 8 weeks but is there a possibility that results are announced sooner than this?
