Hi Martin ... your videos are very helpful. Thanks for posting them. I am just getting into Light Rider so I am sure I will have questions in the future. One note about this video ... it looks like you wound up with 10 colors in the color wheel instead of 9. ;)

Unfortunately, this method doesn't seem to work anymore, also there is now two folders that hold the main fixture database (SSLLibrary) and the profiles that are synced from Profile Builder app (UserSSLLibrary) I have been trying for the last two days to import some profiles that I corrected in ScanLibrary, and I can't for the life of me get it working. I have an iPad, with profile builder app and light rider app, and my windows machine with ScanLibrary and iTunes. Here is what I have tried: Method 1 1. Opened the original ssl2 file thats in the ScanLibrary fixtures database folder 2. Made the corrections 3. Saved it as a new filename Filename-Corrected.ssl2 (just so I now what it is) 4. Opened iTunes, connected iPad, and copied the SSLLibrary folder from the Lightrider app filesharing folder to my computer. 5. Copied my corrected SSL2 file into the correct subfolder of the SSLLibrary folder - i.e. SSLLibrary\BeamZ 6. Removed the original SSL2 file for that fixture, and renamed my corrected SSL2 file to match what the original was. 7. in iTunes, removed the SSLLibrary folder from LightRider, and replaced it with my updated SSLLibrary folder 8. Quit and re-opened LightRider app 9. Navigated to the corrected fixture, and loaded it 10. The changes I made are not there Method 2 1. Opened the original ssl2 file thats in the ScanLibrary fixtures database folder 2. Made the corrections 3. Saved it as a new filename Filename-Corrected.ssl2 (just so I now what it is) 4. Opened ProfileBuilder app and signed in 5. Created a new fixture profile (originalname-corrected) 6. Left it blank as I just need the fixture entry 7. Confirmed the green light next to fixture profile indicating it has synced to my LightCloud account - yes 8. Quit and re-opened lightrider app 9. Confirmed I can now see the new fixture I created in Profile Builder in LightRider App - Yes 10. Opened iTunes, connected iPad, and copied the UserSSLLibrary folder from the Lightrider app filesharing folder to my computer. 11. Confirmed that the new fixture profile is in the UserSSLLibrary folder - Yes 12. Copied my corrected SSL2 file into the correct subfolder of the UserSSLLibrary folder - i.e. UserSSLLibrary\BeamZ 13. Removed the placeholder SSL2 file I created in ProfileBuilder and renamed my corrected SSL2 file to match with the same name 14. In iTunes, removed the UserSSLLibrary folder from LightRider, and replaced it with my updated UserSSLLibrary folder 8. Quit and re-opened LightRider app 9. Navigated to the corrected fixture, and loaded it 10. The changes I made are not there I have no idea what I am doing wrong, why have they made it so difficult to just add your own fixture profiles? Any help would be appreciated.

ScanLibrary Editor not found on Nicolaudie website. Any suggestions?

It's now part of the DASLIGHT 4 download which is free to install. DASLIGHT itself won't be much use unless you have a licensed interface but the newer Scan Library Editor is much nicer to use!

With Profile Builder app I create fixture profile for my moving head 2R Beam, My moving head have color wheel with 14 colors plus positions for split colors and rotation clockwise / anti clockwise all on the same channel. I've insert all the colors and split colors with the Profile Builder app, with correct value from the fixture manual. But in the Light Rider it is display fix color wheel with 10 colors and mix color in the middle. Controlling the colors doesn't work properly on the Light Rider app , (the colors are not correct designed) The Light Rider only sees the 10 colors mentioned by you, and the rest are considered color mix? can you help me with this issue ?

Light Rider only supports 11 colours and I've listed details here: facebook.com/groups/LightRiderHelpSupport/permalink/233157980756274/ However, in Profile Builder it's hard to set the actual RGB value as it's done using a grid/slider so a bit hit-and-miss. I'm hoping it will be possible to enter RBG values into Profile Builder one day, but for now you have to get as close as you can with the colour picker. The centre colour mix is only for RGB fixtures.

Yes, although there is a bug in most Android versions that means some files don't show up. Glad you found them though!
