Do you really know of the mechanism of spread of the virus. It was only when WHO indicated that we have a pandemic that all countries started to look for ways to slow down the spread of the virus. The Chinese just locked up 30 million people in their homes. No other country can do this because the people are immature or they are unruly and defy laws. I agree. It is very difficult to carve out a core audience when almost all of the population has been whipped into a frenzy. The signature of Rahul Gandhi's speeches, press conferences, etc is that he speaks mostly about the economy, and in terms of policy. It just seems impossible for any message or suggestion based on analysis and policy issues to penetrate an audience that rejected rational thinking and is driven by frenzy.
Ours is a nation that prefers mindless comedy, nonsensical action and shameless skin show, as compared to meaningful cinema. A person's character and mentality is reflected in his/her choices.
