Here's another video that spotted by Hannah, many thanks again to you for sharing ;) I love how Tom looks like he's multi-tasking by giving an interview and also finishing a crossword at the same time throughout this one.
Tom appeared on 3FM this week and he came with a gift. You may, or may not know, that the band have been running a competition in various territories to travel to Bristol on the 20th September and hang out with them for a day. Sounds like fun, huh? Well just STOP RIGHT THERE! I'll lay it out for you, then we'll see just how much "fun" you could possibly have in this scenario.
Prize winners would have to have to suffer through being present at an exclusive rehearsal session. Just them, the band and some other people who were selected to participate in this grisly affair. Knowing the terrible luck that fans of this band possess, the band would probably be playing live versions of some new and unheard music from their unreleased EBM album or something. It's akin to being present at one of the smallest Editors gigs ever, with a setlist containing music unavailable to the public yet. I mean, how disgustingly inhumane is that?
If that wasn't enough to have you screaming for Amnesty International to intervene, the day would end by having drinks and food with them. Like any real Editors fan would want to subject themselves to that kind of torture? Why haven't the authorities been called to prevent this?
Ahem.
The question that was set here by Tom to set this all up, if answered correctly, would mean the winner getting tickets to the band's upcoming show in Rotterdam and also the rehearsal day which is amazing. Of course if you don't actually know the answer, then you should be banished to the land of wind and ghosts and we can never, ever be friends. Call yourself an Editors fan? Pah!
