Your commentary about this song is spot on, this song aired right after myself and my siblings lost our mother and then followed by two of our uncles and our grandpa. Loss is something we all will go through and this song is so influential to dealing with the pain that comes after and then moving on. Myself and my siblings all enjoy anime and it has helped vocalize our pain we went through but also putting some hope back into our lives. Life goes on and we must carry that weight. It's a burden all of us must carry and it's something that unites us, that pain is universal and is something all of us go through. LiSA helps vocalize that so well with how much emotion she puts in her voice, even if it's in another language you can hear the emotion in her voice. Even across the world you can tell we all go through the same things. Truly amazing. Sorry for the long comment but this performance deserves it.

same here. I made sure the first time I heard this was in the theatre at the end of the film. I went to the movie alone, and the moment the song hit me, I was so engrossed I forgot everything around em and teared up.

The lyrics are co-written by Yuki Kajiura, the song's composer, so I'd call it more of a synergy of the two's writing styles. Kajiura has decades of experience at pulling listeners' hearstrings, and LiSA's powerful voice is the perfect medium for that. It's the ultimate collaboration.

This song plays at the end of the “Mugen Train” movie right after, let’s just say, something very sad and emotional happens. You already kind of picked up on it just by looking at the lyrics. Another emotional, beautiful song that will hit you is “Crying for Rain” by Minami. It’s the opening for Domestic Girlfriend. Even though I don’t like that anime, it’s my favorite song of all time.

so in the show. this was played when a very warm life-filled character dies while giving it their all to protect everyone. in reality, one sad fact about this is that LiSA i believe was dealing with some personal issues i believe with a partner/love-one that cheated on her? and both versions are about overcoming the sadness and learning how to move on and not succumb to the sadness of it

Thank you for your sincere reaction. I have been a fan of Lisa for 6 years now, she became the one who opened the world of music for me from a new side. She taught me not only to listen, but also to think about the lyrics and emotions put into the song. I went through my saddest and happiest moments of my life with her songs. I grew up side by side with her. I think you should definitely listen to Issei no Kassai, this song is also have a The First take version. This is the song that is different from the songs you have previously listened from her.

This is one of the most emotional songs I've heard so far, I just love LiSA's work, everytime I listen to a new song it's like I've found something new and unique. Very good reaction, don't worry about pausing, those who don't like it are straight up dumb, it's a reaction, if there's not you pointing out what you liked and disliked about what you're seeing, it's better to just watch the original video. Anyway, it's not a LiSA song, but I'd like you to react to this one next: 「Love Me, Love Me, Love Me」 / Kikuo (Covered by Miori Celesta). It's an unreal cover of a very well known song in japanese music Love me, Love Me, Love Me, originally from the vocaloid Kikuo, already an amazing song, but this cover is just another level.

On their new japanese mini album Stray Kids will be collaborating with LiSA. The group's upcoming Japanese EP 'Social Path (feat. LiSA) / Super Bowl -Japanese ver.-' is set for release on September 6. I am so excited 😁😁😁 I love the boys and LiSa is an amazing singer. Demon Slayer is one of my favourite animes and her voice in the opening is amazing. I am so curious what will come out from this collaboration.

LiSA is absolutely steller and easily amongst my top of Japanese artists, really hard to top her music. If you want some other recommendations I can highly recommend: Aimer (you heard her in the top 100 and liked her vocals) I recommend her live rendition of the song "Kataomoi" she did at Budokan (easy to find on YT) My favorite song when it comes to lyrics is "Hitchcock" by Yorushika. It's about life and suffering and growing up> Another band that I highly, highly recommend is Bump of Chicken (weird name), who has just a long list of amazing songs, but I'd pick "Answer" as a good one to start. Keep doing these videos, I'm eally enjoying them.

Another great song on The First Take is Stellar Stellar, by Hoshimachi Suisei. Not to spoil much, but don't judge her by her looks. She has a powerful voice, and is well worth a listen!

Japanese Vowel Pronunciation guide: A: ah, E: eh(Canadian), I: EE (Seek), O: Oh, U: ooh (boot). If any of these are doubled like oo, you just make the sound longer. I hope this helps you with Japanese titles in the future! =D
