Edmonton Alberta Weather 

Weather on October 28, 2023, in Edmonton, Alberta. Not my usual to wear clothing going to the gym...but it happens.
-1, Blustery, snowy not the most pleasant day with the overcast grey skies.
I completed a short 45-minute tempo run at the Hardisty Recreation Centre. I started the dreadmill at an incline of 9 degrees then dropped the angle but kept the speed up. 7.5mph.
Super tough to get quick leg turnover after weeks of only swimming and CrossFit ( deadlifts, backsquats). After a short suffering at the start, the run got light and was a good run.
