Sure, the homeless can have the asbestos and mold. And sure they can have a vacant field as long as it can be completely fenced in and no one is allowed out without passing a drug test.

It has been closed for over 5 years and they still have yet to solidify any sort of development plan? What is taking these useless politicians so long, they should be announcing what is taking its place at this point, not just starting the demolition without some semblance of a plan. Im sick of the bull in edmonton they need a safe homeless shelter that hss idividual rooms that have pexy glass and have waterproof phones in the room and rubber beds and so when they leave the room a sprayer can sanitize it then have a blower that drys it its not rocket science the shelter can be built kind of like a jail where they have own room and it locks so the people r safe and have a phone built on the wall so they can call fzmily and stuff
