Very high windrows. If my vehicle was a car instead of a truck and if the vehicle
coming the other way was lower, like a car, would I have seen it in time? Would the
other driver have seen me in time? If someone was driving a '96 Caddy with 6 feet
of front end sticking out before the driver can see down the opposing lane, and
gets hit - what then? By provincial law, the driver making the turn or crossing through a median, is responsible for being hit. Can't see it coming, but wrong anyway. So after being hit what then? Sue the city?
(The dashcam was 4 1/2 feet above the roadway.)
