He only a month older than me fighting depression and addiction issues on his own and I can vouch that shit is hard. It dont even cross the mind of most our age to stop taking yerks on our own so I could tell he wasnt a dummy fr. It definitely would’ve made a world of difference , more than you would imagine. A lot of the time these young men are living wild in the streets for survival, losing their best friends and the constant paranoia is more than enough to ruin a young person’s mental health. Even just support and a couple of kind words can make so much of a difference. He deserved better for real.
