We aren’t all haters but actual people who enjoy your content and just want you to have all the right and real information before you make any statements / judgments. It’s the reason a lot of us love your channel because we are tired of biased lazy creators who don’t care about their actions just how much money they get from it. Appreciate you very much for this !

While I don't always agree with Papa's takes, I will always always admire how fairly he treats everyone on the internet. Most RU-vidrs would have taken his criticism of his last Keffles videos as hate he took it as an opportunity to take the time to dive in AND still give her a fair shake despite the pressure to just write her off.

I'm trans (though I don't usually point that out online) and I've never heard of dead naming being used to refer to someone's last name. I'm not saying it can't be used that way but I think you're right to be skeptical that that is considered dead naming. It's also worth pointing out that most trans people keep their last names so it would be kind of weird to me that dead naming would include a surname.

As a queer woman from Ontario Canada, I can affirmatively say that Keffals getting positive attention is infuriatingly annoying for so many reasons. Wether for the fact that she was a candidate for our "Communist" party(bearing in mind this is already CANADA we are talking about), or the fact that she is one of the most controversial trans public figures you could possibly support at the moment, or the fact that she is only doing this for clout despite so many other trans public figures existing who ACTUALLY deserve and could use the support of mainstream media, or the fact that there is a non zero chance that Keffals is either directly or indirectly involved in grooming minors and is herself a malicious doxxer, or so on. I was so beyond disappointed with media companies here when they allowed this person a place in the center of the spotlight and now she's being propped up as a "martyr" for legislating the internet to keep adults safe from words. I dont prescribe myself the authority to say who deserves what, but Keffals did everything she could do to EARN her doxxing and every bit of negative attention she is getting. I hope for the sake of actual respectable lgbt people who just wanna live their lives, that Keffals gets wtvr karma she needs to get to even out this trend of trying to carve her pathetic legacy and just desserts into the mainstream discussion. This lolcow is so close to being a horrorcow it's not even funny anymore, and we do NOT need a Keffals being the poster child for any community except MAYBE better funding for mental health providers.

The frustrating thing about Keffals is that she has done good work and many only know her for that, but she engaged in a lot of questionable and edgy behavior in the past herself. The political campaign she mentions was for the CPC, a Marxist-Leninist party that many other leftists find odious. Not that it should be an unforgivable mark against her but she is very uncharitable with some people but if anyone brings up any of her past stuff, they get banned. She will ban a creator's entire community for criticizing her, 0 tolerance for dissent. Any and all criticism fall under the category of harassment against her. But also there really is a lot of harassment against her, so any and all criticism against her will ultimately be seen as such.

In reference to her talking about the cost of a three day trial.... I don't know where destiny lives (I assume the states), keep in mind that keffals is Canadian. the Canadian dollar is worth less then the US dollar so a trial could cost more then they think in CAD

I live in canada, also in Ontario. I’m about 2 hours from London. I can tell you most of our police forces in Ontario are very lbgtq+ friendly. I feel if they were asking her what ‘dead naming’ is, would be because yes they might understand what a trans-person is, but might not know all of the terminology in the trans space is. Just like the Toronto police, which is one of the city’s in ontarios place that a lot of content creators go and life, didnt understand ‘doxxing’. I know, for my city anyways, we have a lot of older officers who aren’t always knowing of the terms and lingo in these spaces.

Different country, but I can confirm the name change thing is at least a thing here in my state. It isn't uncommon for people to be booked in by their name they had at their last arrest if they have been married and/or had a name change in-between said arrests. Unless they are under investigation, there is no reason in their eyes to be aware someone have filed to have their name changed. (I do think avoiding this and updating names would be a good thing but as far as I know there are definitely some places that do not. Unfortunately the reason for the name change is irrelevant in this scenario. I honestly think it would be a problem if the police are informed of every trans person who changes their name so I don't really have any idea how to prevent dead naming. Hopefully it get figured out though. Maybe for systems to update without notifications or something. Anyway my opinion is irrelevant but I'm not comfortable just sharing this without expressing it's not ok)
