From day one of my job, I found myself learning technologies that were never taught during my university days. I had to grasp tools and skills on the fly to keep up with the demands of the workplace. It's a reality that many of the things we're taught in universities are not what the real world requires.
Despite this outdated knowledge, our educational institutions continue to churn out graduates who struggle to find relevance in the job market. How can we expect to stay competitive when we're not equipped with the skills needed in the real world?
Moreover, in a country like Pakistan, where salesmanship is crucial, we must know how to present ourselves and our services effectively. Whether you're looking for a job or starting your own venture, the ability to sell yourself or your product is essential.
It's time for a paradigm shift in education. We need to move away from outdated curricula and embrace a more dynamic approach that focuses on real-world skills and practical knowledge. This is why I'm launching the TUTR Club, a platform dedicated to providing relevant and up-to-date education free of cost.
