And yet on education systems people outside SADC pays 2 x time on education fees in Universities for the same courses they take with citizens, those extra fees go to efforts of construction, translation in locals languages, and many more. These educational information are there to SA universities in International Offices department.

@nbessurvivor4301 Yeah, you responded quickly, but you are unenlightened. Dr. Ramathuba and Dr. Motsoaledi complained about undocumented migrants who have access to free public health care in SA. They say the government doesn't budget for them. The Department of Education is facing the same challenge. Lesotho is the only country trying to cooperate. Search for the amount of money Gauteng province spent on kids of undocumented migrants. Billions for one province.
