People generally understand the difference between right and wrong, it's just Conservatives that need to have the rules strictly defined for them. Luckily, (for us) there are laws against using insider information for personal financial gain, although the chance of them being enforced are slim.
The Betting Scandal is a symptom of a chronic 15 years of mismanagement and promoting individuals beyond their capabilities. This situation is not your scapegoat.

She might find the scrutiny of public officials and potential MP's 'unhelpful', I think it is essential. They should be held to a very high standard, like the policeman who is suspended for betting on the date of the election.

Motormouth Keegan, the Tory plan is to talk and talk and talk, don't take questions. Interviewers need to practise the same level of rudeness that is necessary to shut them up. Accountability is a strange concept for the entitled Tories, they don't do that, just demand it of everyone else, regardless.
I have always voted Conservative. I am totally disgusted in Rishi Sunak who is clearly spineless. Gillian Keegan could not be further off target with her answers. She has not even got the brains and gravitas to tell whoever is talking in the background to shut up. The current Conservative party has become very disappointing to say the least. The real issue is Sunak has surrounded himself with some of the dimmest people in Britain. He does not realise that, the betting scandal is the proof that he has very poor judgement. Coming back from France half-way through the D-Day event, totally shameful. just illustrates how out of touch he is. You cannot apologise your way out of poor judgement time after time.

Every time she's interviewed she's smirking, smiling, giggly. How could her constituents elect such a poor minded person to represent them. She more than most senior Tories needs to lose her seat. I can safely say that she won't be missed.

This woman is horrific. She’s so smarmy and ridiculous with her answers, tone & overall approach. I’ll never forget some of her previous interviews she’s shocking. Torie HQ keep sending her out to interviews they must actually think this is good.

I live in Liverpool and work in Knowsley. If she wanted to know what people in those areas think of the Tories she would need to be ready for a lot more expletives.
